The Best Deal

Typically, that 6% commission is split 50/50 with 3% going to the agent that brings a buyer for your home and 3% going to the listing broker. Under our fee structure, there is no 3% fee for our listing service, but a set rate of $3,000. So, if your home sells for $250,000, you'd save $4,500 by listing with us. On $350,000 home, your savings would be $7,500.

Our listing as "full service" listings - with all of the support you'd expect from a traditional 6% listing.
